iPartner News: Commissions Pending!!
GEARS hasn't given us any estimated time-frame on how long this will take. It could be a month, a week or a few days!!! (IT'S A PROCESS AND THESE THINGS TAKE TIME!) However, they are working on a solution as we speak, their first focus was making sure the service as a whole is good and continue to be good. Like I said,It’s a process and they’re doing it step by step, hold tight Gears never lets you down. One of the few IPTV companies still up and working fine!!
In the meantime, we still have A1-TV and STREAMTIME TV which uses a different platform.
NOTE: PLEASE INFORM CUSTOMERS TO PLEASE ALLOW 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS IF THEY "REQUESTED A REFUND" TO SEE THE CREDIT BACK TO THEIR ACCOUNTS!!! (REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN IF THEIR CURRENTLY ON AUTO-PAY AND WE'RE UNABLE TO EXTEND THEIR SERVICE) OTHER THAN THIS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
If they recently made a payment for GEARS or NET1-TV, they also have the option of exchanging their service for this month to A1-TV or STREAMTIME TV.
COMMISSIONS: ALL COMMISSIONS ARE BEING PLACED ON HOLD MOMENTARY UNTIL WE'RE ABLE TO ACTIVATE/EXTEND GEARS ACCOUNTS AGAIN!! The reason for this is, we don't know exactly how many refunds will be issued yet until the update is complete with GEARS..
