Gears TV Passwords are being changed

Hello EVERYONE, This information is very imporant so please take the time to read it entirely. For the longest we have been creating accounts for our customers with the same username and password to make things quick and easy when logging in after purchase, unfortunately, this has lead to many accounts being compromised and accessed by other people that are not the original owner. This then will in turn cause kick-outs and other issues for the original owner due to the account being tried to be accessed multiple times at the same time. As such, we will be force changing all passwords to accounts that have the same username & password or easy to guess passwords like 1234, 123456, etc. We are asking all customers to BE PATIENT during this process, we will be keeping a close eye on all accounts and force password changes will keep happening until finished. Over the next 30 days we will be taking action manually to fix this, we will be force changing passwords starting today (03/16/2019). MTV Pro Guide Major Update

Hello, with the latest major update of the Mayfair Guide many customers have been reporting that after the update the channels comes up, however, the video freezes but they can still hear audio even after closing the app and clearing the cache and still same issue. Is there a simple fix you can recommend for this? Please see the solution below from Mayfair... Please try the below steps one at a time, as all devices are different. 1.
