Hello, with the latest major update of the Mayfair Guide many customers have been reporting that after the update the channels comes up, however, the video freezes but they can still hear audio even after closing the app and clearing the cache and still same issue.
Is there a simple fix you can recommend for this?

Please try the below steps one at a time, as all devices are different.
Your internet could be having issues, first try clear cache, restart
modem & router if no luck, try a VPN and see if it helps. Order here: https://www.imarketzone.com/vpn
2. Hit menu button on your remote inside guide -> settings -> enable hardware acceleration
3. Hit menu button on your remote inside guide -> settings -> enable fallback player.
