Hello everyone,as many of you are already aware that GEARSseems to have been closed down. Due to this, access to activation panels are not accessible at the moment. This close down
affects all GEARS customers. We are working on migrating all accounts to new services, so please be PATIENT
while we sort this out. This was out of our control and service providers are working
around the clock to get our customers access to new services.
We have no estimated time-frame on how long this will
take. It could be a month, a week or a few days!!! (IT'S A PROCESS AND
THESE THINGS TAKE TIME!)Also, because of all the cancellations and refunds requested by customers ALL COMMISSIONS ARE PLACED ON HOLD UNTIL COMPLETE!!
In the meantime, we still have NitroTV, A1-TV and STREAMTIME TV which uses a different platform.
PLEASE INFORM CUSTOMERS TO PLEASE ALLOW 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS IF THEY
"REQUESTED A REFUND" TO SEE THE CREDIT BACK TO THEIR ACCOUNTS!!! (REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN IF THEIR CURRENTLY ON AUTO-PAY AND WE'RE UNABLE TO EXTEND THEIR SERVICE) OTHER THAN THIS, ALL PRIOR SALES ARE FINAL!!!
If they recently made a payment for GEARS, they also have
the option of exchanging their service for this month to NitroTV.
COMMISSIONS: ALL COMMISSIONS ARE BEING PLACED ON HOLD MOMENTARY UNTIL WE FINISH MIGRATING ALL ACCOUNTS!! The reason for this is, we don't know exactly how many refunds will be issued yet until the update is complete..
